Each entrance contains: vaults, vault overflows, pumps, pipes, fountain beds, fountains, waterfalls, timers, and controllers.
Situation: 2017: Significant unidentified water loss at both locations was causing safety, cost, and risk of loss issues.
Solution: Obtain bids for repairs, discuss and obtain feedback from all HOA members, Board decides and approves solution.
Issues: Contractors require proof of payment or too busy to provide quotes. HOA currently has inadequate capital reserve account balance.
Status:
2018: After an independent inspection, a group began running the waterfalls and fountains during the daylight hours.
2019: Based on expected continued water loss, further inspection is required before running.
Board is considering creating a subcommittee of homeowners to develop a plan and move forward.
