The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12th @ 7:00pm Location will be Eagle Nazarene Church on State Street, room #116. All residents are encouraged to attend. 9/26/20 - IRRIGATION SHUTOFF
As a reminder, the irrigation is set to be shut off approximately October 15th
8/14/20 - COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON STATE STREET
If you are not aware, a storage facility is planning to be built near our neighborhood - just east of Ballantyne on the south side of State Street. They are proposing 8 storage buildings and 2 large RV canopies. The city is looking to rezone the area in order to do this. This will bring a large, rather unsightly, building to our area, as well as additional traffic, etc. If you are concerned, please either a) plan to attend the public hearing at Eagle City Hall on August 17th @ 6:00pm, or b) call or email city hall: mwilliams@cityofeagle.org.

5/1/20 - IRRIGATION WATER IS AVAILABLE
Please remember to use the odd/even method of watering
4/16/20 - IRRIGATION UPDATE
Although the water is now flowing in the ditches, our pumps have not yet been turned on and tested. This should happen over the next few days. We estimate that irrigation water will be available to residents some time next week, and signs will be posted at the entryways at that time.
4/4/20 - IRRIGATION
Neighborhood irrigation water should be available on or around April 15th. Signs will be posted at the entry ways as soon as it is available. Please remember to use the odd/even method of watering (if your address is an even number, please water only on even days, and vice versa).
3/25/20 - PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE COMMON AREA PLAYGROUNDS
In accordance with Mayor Pierce's announcement this week, we strongly suggest that residents stay away from the neighborhood playground facilities. From the Mayor:
"Effective immediately and at the direction of Mayor Pierce, all City of Eagle playgrounds and park drinking fountains are closed until further notice to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19)".
3/23/20 - IF THEY POOP, PLEASE SCOOP!
There is an alarming amount of dog poop in our common areas, sidewalks and people's yards. PLEASE be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your dogs. This is not only unsightly, but a health hazard! Also, Eagle city ordinance requires dogs to be on a leash at all times if outside of your back yard.
3/22/20 - NOTICE REGARDING THE COVID-19 VIRUS
Until COVID-19 is contained, we recommend children playing in the common areas of the neighborhood be accompanied by an adult so the recommended safe distance (at least 6 feet) between individuals is maintained.
2020 ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD WORK DAY
Saturday, April 4th @ 9:00am - meet at the playground on Clearpoint Way
Priority project will be to clear our irrigation ditch on the other side of Ballantyne of debris that has accumulated since the water was turned off last fall. Your participation in this project helps us manage our funds by not having to hire an outside company. Please bring rakes, metal rakes, shovels, trimmers, gloves, etc. WE ARE IN NEED OF: pickup truck(s) and/or trailers to haul away the debris, as well as heavy duty tarps.
Other projects may include: raking/filling/repairing the playgrounds, cleaning up common areas and cleaning the entry signs.
ccess important documents and forms related to our HOA, including bylaws, covenants, and architectural guidelines. Stay informed about the rules and regulations that govern our community.
