All trees must be trimmed adequately to allow vehicle and people access. General requirements are clearances of 8ft for sidewalks and 14ft for roadways. Please adhere to these requirements for the safety and accessibility of our neighborhood sidewalks.
The HOA contracts with Cutting Edge and other contractors to maintain, trim, and remove trees in the common areas.
