The proposed Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Bylaws for Countryside Estates are available to download below.
These have been updated to both make them more current and to meet requirements of a new Idaho State law. These will be reviewed at the November 9th 2022 Homeowners meeting. Note: they are not in effect until approved by homeowners, as per the current CC&Rs.
