The neighborhood irrigation system includes a reservoir, pump station, underground water lines, controllers, and sprinklers.  The reservoir is not large enough to provide water to all homes and common areas at once.  Watering must be staggered to prevent the pumps from shutting down due to low water levels in the reservoir.

We have an ODD/EVEN policy for homeowner watering of lawns.  This means if your address ends in an ODD number, you may only water on ODD days of the month.  If your address ends in an EVEN number, you may only water on EVEN days of the month. 

Tips: Schedule your watering times different from your neighbors, run shorter cycles, avoid the most popular watering time between 5:00AM and 9:00AM, do NOT water daily or for extended cycles.

Irrigation water is available around late April through October 15th (depending on availability).  Our water is supplied by New Dry Creek Ditch Co.
