A Friendly Reminder About Pet Waste
We love our dogs in Countryside! And we have a great community to walk them in. Unfortunately, there is an increase in the number of pet owners leaving pet waste bags in the landscaping or under trees. Please do your part in assuring you properly dispose of your pet's waste to help keep Countryside looking good! It is not within our landscaper's scope of work to dispose of these bags. Thank you!
Notes from Annual Homeowners Meeting on November 7th.

November, 2022 - Proposed 4 Story (54-feet, 6-inches height) Commercial Building, Old State St & Eagle Rd(adjoining Rembrant's property)
Please attend in opposition, rescheduled to the November 9, 5:30pm, Eagle City Council Meeting. The City Council needs to hear local residents' input regarding a developer request for a 4-Story (54-feet, 6-inches) building height exception. Current code allows for 35 foot max height in the CBD(Central Business District) of Eagle. This is too tall for this district of Eagle and would set a lasting precedence that will change the path of future development and character of Downtown Eagle Central Business District. Currently there only 2-Story buildings that border Old State Street and this 4-Story(54-feet, 6-inches) building height is most appropriate in commercial development along Hwy 44. Another huge consideration is the limited parking proposed and availability in this area.
CU-10-22 — Building Height Exception — North 45 Investments, LLC: North 45 Investments, LLC, represented by Walter Lindgren with Lindgren:LaBrie Architecture, is requesting conditional use permit approval for a building height exception to 54-feet, 6-inches. The request is in association with a proposed four (4) story mixed use building. The .96-acre site is located on the east side of South Olde Park Place between West State Street and West Aikens Road at 45 and 75 West State Street and 64 and 96 South Olde Park Place. (MJW)
